Training and Coaching

We believe that everyone is truly individual, which is why we firmly believe in a fully 100% personalised training programme. This is the best way to achieve Swimming, Cycling, Running and Triathlon success.

Through an initial consultation (face to face, Skype or email) we determine and outline your training needs. This will also be based on your goals and the time you have available around your work & family commitments

Depending on your chosen package we will provide you with 2 week blocks taking into account your feedback and post-session analysis. We also include regular feedback and scheduled calls (SKYPE/phone) to discuss your progress.

We can offer you a specific event training plan, including a Cycling training Plans 

Hastings and Rother Triathlon & Cycling Club

We can also offer you a sprint triathlon training plan or perhaps you require an Ironman Training Plan 

We can offer you Swimming training plans from ironman70.3 swim or even up to and including a training plan to swim the English Channel 

We can write you specific personal 5k running plan, up to and including ultra marathon training plans
